You just did your front logo black then?

The back looks pretty good without the logo might have to look into doing this myself some day. ( You can bet your ass there are probably going to be alot of people doing this now ).

Why not just see about getting the j's grille modified to not have the little scoop.

I took the whole grill the local hobby/model shop and asked them what they would recommend for that type of surface that will be durable. I bought the stuff they recommended, I took the emblem off and started to scuff it all up with sandpaper (started with 1500, way to fine, moved down to 800, still to fine, ended up with 400 and that worked great. I cleaned it with degreaser (strong mixture of dish soap) then put 3 coats of paint on it. Tomorrow morning I have to run out and find some epoxy or gorilla glue to glue the emblm back on, its just sitting on place for the pics.

I thought about modifying the J's grill but I don't want to put more money into it to have it modified when its still not really what I'm looking for. If it doesn't sell then I might mess with it but for now I'm just gonna try to sell it.

I just used some 3m clear double sided tape and so far neither of my black logos have fallen off. I check them every once and awhile to make sure that they are still secure on there and it seems to be good. I guess I will find out this winter tho if tape is strong enough.

Do you happen to have a honda part# for the plastic piece the emblem mounts too. I can't seem to find it on any website.

hondapartsdeals.com has it, you have to do some digging, it's buried in a weird spot but it IS on there.

Okay, this is one mod I just don't get!! WHY do you want to take all the emblems off, and the wiper?? This one escapes me, but to each his own, I guess...it does look clean, but...what IS it???

Yeah some people like cars without annoying, unappealing emblems, decals, stickers, words etc. Dude from Indonesia, what is that midwing? Reminds me of the one on hondafittuner.com but better because the HFT.com one has a hole for the wiper which makes it look disgusting.

It was a simple custom wing that the guys made at the body shop. Originally there was no wing, but the back looked really strange without the wing, so we had to make them.
