If that is the cost, then you should take it.. Cheap, compare to the one u need to purchase from Japan. Be sure you also get the switch, cabling etc.

Nice

Hi,

Very nice car and mods. I have seen that you have SUMMIT pulley and would like to know the review ofthe pulley. Do you feel any improvment as you are AT, and is there any sound after installing it.

Thanks

Karim

US mirrors are power-folding as per the official Honda Site's feature list, but I don't believe that they have the LED's on them.

I'll probably go for the JDM LED mirrors eventually, but it's nice to know that every USDM car, base or sport, will already have the switch/wiring in place for the folding function.

Are your wheels Rota D2s? They look very nice. Your car is great looking overall. I'll probably go with a black car, and I'd like some gold D2's with polished lips (or, if bank account allows, Work Equip 03's or Panasport C8s)

Are the Mugen door sills authentic? If so, what'd you pay for them? They're damned snappy-looking.

Read the specs carefully. It says "Body-Colored Folding Power Side Mirrors". The way I read it, that means the mirrors fold manually, and when they say power, they mean that you can adjust the mirror element electronically.

I love the JDM/UK LED side mirrors. Would love to add them if I buy a Fit, but it may turn out to be a very expensive aesthetic modification.

I agree manuall folding mirrors, powered mirror element adjustment.

I want the heated function, I could care less about the LED and power folding.

Hey Richard I was curious what you thought of the Spoon Header and HKS Intake? I am seriously considering getting a aftermarket header whether its from Spoon, T1R or J's but I know most of the performance gains will be very similar no matter which of those brands you get. If you can just give your honest feedback I would appreciate it, thanks.

Have heard that HotBits makes good header for Jazz.

Actually at the moment spoon header are still the best out there in the market (both in term of $$$, quality and performance) This compare to the high paying Mugen Header. Overall there are some other brands which slightly cheaper but some of those are terible in quality (hotbits)

As for downpipe, I currently used Thai made which is straight pipe without CC and it was awesome in both quality and performance wise.

Bpipe standard configuration is enough for JAZZ and changing it to Spoon or any other wont make a lot of improvement.

HKS Sport exhaust, at the moment trying to sell this one out and change into something more smaller pipe (currently looking at Tanabe) I want the spoon exhaust which is the best for performance but the sound is very loud for daily driving, so again I choose Tanabe as the choices. Remember HKS Sport might be better of for Manual Tranny instead mine (CVT tranny)

So, hopefully this help.. off course there are several others like J's Racing which made of titanium out of all of the product this should be pimp to have.. but damn!!! its very pricey!!!!

The quality and fitments of hotbits are terrible. In fact that some of the installer need to modified the header to be installed on the car make it even worst. Furthermore the performance gain will not be as much as SPOON header.

So Richard, compared to stock, do you notice any difference in acceleration with the Spoon header on as opposed to completely stock? Right now I am not sure who I am gonna go with as far as a header but its either going to be Spoon, J's or Type One Racing so as far as fit, finish and overall quality, I am not worried about either of those factors since all three of those brands have those area's covered. It is mainly gonna come down to price and availability.

The Spoon header seems like the cheapest right now as far as price goes but I cant get anything until I know for sure if there will be any fitment issues between the JDM Fit and US Fit.

what tanabe exhaust do you have? My uncle has a tanabe exhaust for the fit/jazz in his garage from an import shop he used to own.
