That's a Type R badge from the FD2 Civic Type R sedan (JDM) or the FN2 Civic Type R hatchback (UK/Europe).

The Foglight hole is for oil cooler

Some hard ****in parking right there, nice cars. I had a GTR black with gunmetal rims follow me for about 10 miles the other day, I think he was using my accord as a pace car, cuz he was copying every lane change and just chillin.
