I had a Greedy eMange (blue) installed and dynoed by Mr. Vichai from China.
The engine has the following mods:

custom 4-2-1 Exhuast Mani
custom middle pipe at 60mm
HKS muffler
HKS Platinum Plugs
HKS Partially Synthetic Oil 10W 40
HKS Reloaded Induction System
T1R Crank Pully
J'S Racing Throttle Body
K&N Oil Filter

Its not actually 140 bhp, more like 138bhp... i rounded up

I'd take 138bhp. That's basically 28 bhp, 25% over stock, from I/H/E and engine management. Pretty slick!

I guess the trick is finding someone who knows what they are doing to tune it.

Cheers dude! the first time i had it mapped they guys only got 120 bhp. Then i took it to Mr. Vichai and he squeezed another 18bhp out of it! So yup it really helps when you find sumone who can tune properly

That new front looks definitely a lot better to me. Well done, but maybe you should get new side skirts as well.
