Need pics of Tein Basics on a Fit

I'm 90% decided I want these coilovers, but I would like to see the stance. Anyone have these? I really only see people running Skunk2 or T1R..

Teins are nice, but for a little more something with more adjustment can be purchased.
IMO, they sit like lowering springs.

You are correct

I am on Tein Basics and I would like for them to sit a little lower, but I am satisfied with them for now.

well when you've been running around on Vogtland springs with a 3" lift in the rear, any coilover setup would be amazing. I really like them because they are green and black, and I buy anything that's green and black. Those are my colors, so I don't think I could go wrong with these. I just need to find a used set. $1100 is pretty steep for me

Its nice, but you could get springs and save $xxx amounts of money.
Let me do a search, theres an SSM on blades that posted a while back. Lowest Ive ever seen Teins sit.

I never asked him what he did though.

true. skunk2's have more adjustablility and they are only 150-200bucks more...but i'm pretty sure its safe to say that the teins don't ride as rough.

i personally would rather have the s-tech springs with some tr1 dampers. there is a pic of someone with an MR fit and the stance was nice, and its cheaper.

The dampers are expensive though, arent they?
I heard they were like more than $500.

Arent the D1's cheap? Just get those.

In order to sit like that, you have to be ALL the way down.
Get the D1's.. or 2's? Whatever theyre called.

I agree

The D2's are right around $900 new and they have a lot more adjustability than the Teins do. Also, the D2's offer front camber adjustment

tein basics are height adjustable only. when i first drove my car after dropping it, it felt close to stock. you only start to feel it when u go over bumps. also depends how fast you go too

don't buy coilovers because of the colors!
haha

but if you really want them.. that's cool.
they aren't low enough for coilovers to think that they're worth it (my opinion)
