Who's a pro at photoshop?

Hello fellow Fit Freaks,

Just recently i was thinking of painting my hood and GT wing and i was wondering how it would look if i decided to go through with it.

So Im asking if anyone would like to volunteer to help me photoshop my hood and my wing to the color white (For the wing i would like to keep the sides black like my lip).

So i had 2 ideas in mind:

1st idea is just paint the whole hood and wing (except the sides like my front lip) white.

2nd idea is to keep the vents black and the rest of the hood white just like how my cousin did his S2K.

PLease Photoshop both pictures.

Below is what i was talking about in my 2nd idea...
<-- something like that but not so f***ed up looking lol

As my appreciation i will give out rep points for your efforts. +rep per idea..

thanks again!

Cheers,
aspires.

EDIT: Please post picture on this thread once youre done. thank you.

well..... this is my opinion...i noe its opposite.....but i thought that since the hood is carbon fiber imo i wouldnt paint it..and instead if possible have the front lip carbon fiber or do a carbon fiber overlay and paint the sides white+the rear wing sides also.......

Point taken! Ive seen that done before and it doesnt look too bad. The only reason im thinking of painting my hood is because i think in a year or two my cf hood will be covered in rock chips. I wax my hood every week but it seems help a little bit. I can see 5 pin size chips so far and its already annoying me that i know its there. painting will be my solution

well in that case you should clear coat the hood with UV protected Thick glaze so it'll help the hood frum further damage....... if the layer of resin on the carbon fiber is not so thick doin this will help you avoid of the actual carbon fiber fabric underneeth ever being expose from big rock chips and reduce scrathches

also if you want to cover those chips you should use clear uv protected epoxy or just regulay clear epoxy and uv protected clear coat on top..epoxy is the resin that they usualy use in the process of making carbon fiber parts

uv protected clear glaze= $6
You can get uv protected clear glaze at pretty much any hobby shop(hobbylobby, micheals) and it's a aerosol spray can its the thick clear coating people use ontop of antiques(Chinas, plates, pottery ect..).....i did my own real carbon fiber overlay on the middle of my mugen rear lip to make it look like it has a cf diffuser....i for got the name of the brand i used....but the can is slim and the lable is pink....this is what i use as the top layer of my finish cf peice to protect it frum UV light cuz epoxy resin that are use on top of cf fabric are gona fade and turn yellow if not uv protected....and you just spray the clear glaze like you would spray paint.....its pretty much the same as regular clear coat but much much thicker....its simply easy to do if you have good experience with spary painting

clear epoxy=$5
another thing is clear epoxy(uv protected ones are very expensive i woulnt buy its the same stuff they use on surfbaords so high in quality thats why its pricey).....but regular clear epoxy you can get frum almost any where (wallmart).....this stuff are use as a clear layering or clear laminating....but in ur case use this stuff to cover those chips....cuz as long as those chips are there and if deep i don't think painting the hood white will look any better, plus i'm sure you spent money on the cf hood more for the look not of throwing you fit on a diet......well imo i wouldn't paint over any cf parts in any color other than clear.....if you know wat i mean......

well if you think you have an idea of how to do these proccess yourself then i you should try it ....

if you do and would like me to write a diy for these proccess just pm me ok .....
