got to JAPTRIX in west palm, and did a quick injector change in the parking lot to RC 550cc injectors

WOW as the shop opened in the morning they pulled some amazing shop cars out

before the car went on the dyno we installed a Walbro 255 fuel pump

Name: 101_6627.jpg

Size: 90.2 KB

ok strapped on the dyno ready for fun

then they put on a new MBC from TurboXS to get more boost out of her

Name: 101_6641.jpg

Size: 97.7 KB

well the MBC is all well and good but there is no way to tune after 9.6 LBS of boost because of the MAP sensor. so i called around and found a local shop that had a 3 BAR MAP sensor (1 BAR=14.5 PSI) wired it up and installed it

here is where the fun starts, the fcon did not see the new map sensor because it uses the millivolt system. were as the honda and Fcon uses a 5 volt reference and modifies it to changes in manifold pressure. after about 3 hours on the dyno we had to start all over again, the guys at Japtrix spent another 5 hours re-writing the whole tune from scratch converting all the MV into V reading.

so long story short after a long day i only got one vid of the car on 10 LBS only going to like 4500 rpm lol look at the numbers still!!!!!! pretty much the boost levels i was already at but now on low compression pistons. you also have to remember that a mustang dyno reads very very low a lot lower then a dyno jet.

i still was not overly happy with the numbers on 20 lbs because the turbo was falling off sooner then expected. lets just say the final numbers were well into the 200hp and tq range ill get a bigger turbo soon enough. then ill expect BIG BIG numbers. the good thing now is that the AF's are very very very good and it pulls harder then ever. and the motor is sooooo solid
heres the one vid i got

RESPECT !!!! 180WHP@4500rpm with only 10psi !!!!

If you could rev it out to 6500~6800.... 200whp NO PROBLEM!!! at that boost level
And you have 190lb/ft of torque !!!...That thing must fly!!!!

CAN'T WAIT TO SEE MORE!!

That's a good idea, mexican popos are slow

Yea my bro has a Scion Xa with 171whp and about 165 lb/ft of torque at 3000rpm.. and that thing pulls really nice... I can't imagine the Fit with 200whp

lol you know you need a bigger turbo when your torque is like that.
but damn... i dont know how hard it is to work with the f-con or what they did but 5 HOURS to convert the whole map from milivolts to volts??? it's 3 decimal places hahaha.jk jk
