Yes, they're bigger inserts.

Hey love the emblem inserts !!! Where did u get them? I would like to get these for my wife's civic cause the emblems are too much money!!!!!

lol. shoot TFB designs a PM. they're great when it comes to this stuff. even went through all the trouble of finding me the red carbon fiber material when everyone else just gave up.

those look like 17" white rota torques...
Pic u showed is a 98 spec itr, wheels 5x114 lug pattern and 16" wheel. =/
the torques resemble the DC5 itr wheels
