I is a horror story, really...
I am a graphic designer by trade. That and fine-arts photog. I had a long-term gig come my way that was 1 hr and 15 minutes each way. I needed a new car because I had used up my Mitsu 'Clipse GT.
I had one day to find and get a car. We went to Honda and worked a deal. Came home, and after 3 days, my services were no longer needed at the job.
So now I have no income and a new monthly car payment. This is just about as big a nightmare I have ever had. I had logged on over 500 miles in several days to the remorseful buyer clause had expired.
So now I have this beautiful Fit. Sexy, yes. Not the best performer I've had. I am looking to find some way to get her to work harder for me when I am on her for performance. She is an AT.
I have the Mugen performance package underneath. She barely squeezes out 120 hp. I am used to 200HP and always want more where I can find it.
Maybe a CAI might give me a little something. I don't trust tinkering with chips and I am in no position to get something as juicy as a supercharger or turbo.
I am not a man that needs to go 160 mph to give me excitement.
I am a man who needs to get from 0-60 in less than 6 seconds that gives me the rush... Or as close to 6 seconds that I can... NOS maybe?
Hell, I can't her to even burnout yet... She won't even chirp.
Any ideas other than SD/TD bolt ons??

heh, a looker but not a performer... with a few suspension goodies she should at least be able to take corners like few can.
sorry to hear about the work situation, market it hard out there right now... hang in there. freelance it up a bit to get by.
