So I'm planning on blacking out my roof...

Do you guys think I should go with Gloss black (shiny) or Satin black (a mix between gloss and flat)?

My car is Taffeta White. And I am going to use Vinyl, not paint.

Personally you should just match the gloss so it looks more sleek. Although I personally enjoy satin much more, it will look odd with a glossy car in my opinion. But either way a black roof is a great idea.

 

if you're gonna do the black roof please do the spoiler on the hatch as well. otherwise it will look ridiculous. Audi A3 hatch has the black roof and they got the black spoiler black'ed out as well and that looks nice

i checked out QBMurderer13's profile, i see his roof is blacked out, but he only did the roof. It cut off where the hatch begins.

Do you know if he did gloss?

 

im gunna do this to my ssm pretty soon .. im thinking of going with the satin .. it looks really nice .. u can check AJR's fit they have carbon fiber i believe and it kindda looks like the satin black from a distance .. it looks really good
