Finally after about three years of lusting over the cars on this site I picked up a BBP GD3 5MT. I regret waiting for so long. It is AWESOME!!

I've never had a lowered car before so its something Im definitely going to have to get used to but definitely isn't going to be a problem considering I was going to drop it as my first mod anyway.

I would like to thank jhove for driving the car down for me, the car has been nothing less than incredible so far. I dont want to get out of it lol.

I took some pictures of it before my exam today with my point and shoot. not the best pictures but I try.

 

congrats man. BBP is my second favorite color other than TW (which I have). nice car. did those GE rims come with the car or did you put that on yourself?

get some visors! any other mods, interior/engine?

The GE8 wheels were on it when I bought it, it is lowered on Tein springs, and has yellow fogs in it, aside from that it's stock.

I want to start making it my own but not sure where to start.
TO DO LIST:
visors, wheels (eventually), intake(SRI), exhaust (pref. axleback), headliner/door wrap.
any other suggestions are welcomed.

thanks everyone. i love the way the GE8 wheels look on it. they rub a little but i only notice it when im turning reallly hard.

dont make fun of me but ive always liked rotas, and i was thinking about white wheels but i havent seen a BBP with them so idk..

all day today while i was at work i was looking at various parts for it trying to decide what i want and I want to upgrade the headlights. I was thinking HIDs but Im not a fan of the blinder effect. should I just get some better bulbs? I had sylvania silver stars or whatever they are in my malibu but they werent quite what i hoped for.

also, i remember seeing an exhaust on here but i cant find it. It was an axleback, with dual burnt tips. kinda low profile looking from what i can remember. anyone know what im talking about?

there were more than just these two things i wanted to get but theyre all that came to my mind at the moment

i had the ultras, wasnt impressed. never seen the PIAAs so dont know what to think about them.

Rotas in my opinion are nice looking non baller wheels lol that's what I have but all the guys with the deep pockets on the forum Tend to bash them lol u should look into maybe rota track r in white those would look nice and the exhaust ur lookin for is the t1r VIP exhaust which is currently discontinued but they are thinking of bringing it back.

 

ooor imo the best option go to Honda-Marketplace.com and find some used wheels, baller wheels for the same price as knock-offs? yes please.

 

Ah yes. I remember readin that it was discontinued now that you say that. I loved the way that looked. Hopefully they bring it back.

I'm gonna look into those wheels.

BTW.. The owner of the company I work for saw my car and was like that thing is pretty f*ckin sweet! He owns a Callaway Z06 lol.
