why did u traded a svt focus for a fit? u know the svt focus is a future classic?

its not a SVT but I did put a alot of SVT parts on it, but all in all it had 138000 miles on it i am getting married and need something more reliable and wanted somehitng that was going to last a very long time. i hope to get 10 years out of the fit.

nice upgrade, never been a fan of fords (tooooooo many problems for me) so a honda is a great upgrade. start modding that thing and ull be set. but ya congrats bud! welcome to the forum!

the focus was the first car that i bought brand new.... cool little car. 2 Thumbs up for you man.

yea it was alot of fun to drive, i loved that car it was the first car i ever bought(used) the fit is the first new car i ever had, and so far i am liking it, its alittle slow but the MPG's are nice.

the svt focus is a pretty fun little car, if you ever get a chance to drive one i think you would be impressed, its not the fastest thing out there but it is a hell of alot of fun to drive.

I've driven one, an old co-worker had one. I was unimpressed.

Was mostly thrown off by the build quality. Maybe his was just beat, but it didn't seem that it would have lasted all that long.

well its not as good as honda as far as build quility the motor is strong, they were designed in england and the trans is from getrag(BMW) and the susp. was designed and tunned in germany but it was all put together in mexico and then sold as an American car. so the build quality is lacking but put it through its pases on the Auto cross track or a back road and its very rewarding. but then again thats one of the many reasons why i wanted to get a honda. i wanted somehting that was going to last a realy long time and after 138,000 miles on my zx3 i didnt have any confidence left in it to last more then another year. i hope to get more then that out of my fit...

nice dude, a guy I know rocks an SVT Focus and he'll KILL anyone who talks shit about it. I don't mean that as a figertively, literally will KILL you! lol, I can appreciate his dedication to the car, but, really... really? anyways nice FIT-UH(asian accent) love the white, nice choice
