Well--with the other cars in the garage--looks like you've got the taste and money for modding ;-)

Congrats on your purchase! As for mods, I'd recommend going yourself a new set of rims, lowering springs, a dead pedal, and slim visors.

Got any more pictures of that '70 Chevelle? Does it have the LS6 454?

Gratz!!! It look really clean. I just got a 2007 last month and I love it. As for mods I have JDM visors, dead pedal, JDM armrest console, short antenna, door sills, and Led tail lights. My new springs and sway-bar should be here tomorrow =) I really like all the mods you can do to the fit.

OK well I'm glad a bunch of the creepers came out of the woodwork for this ^
Skip springs and go straight to coilovers, it's a waste of time/money. From the tool box in the background I'm pretty sure you, your BF/hubby, or someone you know does their own work.
Coilovers
Wheels
After those two.... anything I suppose

Hey, just because I blow up the pictures, print out banner-sized copies at Kinko's, and tape them to the ceiling above my bed does not make me a creeper.

I suppose you can skip the usual "this car is too slow" mods as nothing you can do to a Fit will make it compare to your other cars. I second the suggestion of lowering and a dead pedal, as they make the car more fun to drive. Welcome to the boards!

Talking

Thanks everyone!

I really like my car. No I know it's not going to compare with my fiancee's cars in speed but it's plenty fun. I might want a little more power and maybe add a new stereo. He even likes driving it.

I know I will have a lot of questions. Where do I get a dead pedal???

My other half is pretty mechanically inclined so unless it's really serious or complicated he will work on it for me!

As for the Chevelle it's a 454 big block. It shakes the whole house when he starts it. Here are some pictures.

Your GD Fit looks immaculate. Any dings or rock chips on the hood or front fenders? If you managed to dodge those, consider yourself very lucky.

Welcome to the forum and enjoy your GD!

BTW: Zetaproducts makes the dead pedal I believe...I think they advertise here via the ad banner.

Welcome to FF. I'm not a big fan of muscle, but the Chevelle looks well maintained and if one was for straightline stuff it would put a smile on their face.

Enjoy your new for you Fit. And tell your fiance you want to race him and then go find some winding roads because well that is the only way you would win against the old muscle, the newer muscle, well that is going to win either way. hahaha

ugh! the pollen....my new Fit is covered in yellow junk. You asked about chips... a few on the hood and bumper but not bad! Might have to get some Dr. Colorchip.
