OP, i heard the T1R intake is pretty good, lots of performance gains.. Hmmm.. those hangers looks right too.. don't know why it doesnt just sit nicely. Yeah i was thinking maybe the example ^^^^^ (sorry your name is too annoying to type and im in need for major sleep time) gave you maybe had a custom rear bumper made... Because the last shot looks like it's a different bumper not the sport OEM.. maybe an ings kit?

All of the white pics are the oem rear bumper that is the same for the base and the sport.

Angry--can you do me a favor? Can you take a pic like of the top of the muffler and the hangers coming off of the muffler? Maybe the physical metal hangers were welded on backwards...I believe the longer one should be on the left.

I took these while laying on the ground in the rear, to the left of the exhaust...
Please excuse the dirt...she's getting washed tomorrow.

im not sure if i missed it but does the OP have a "Greddy Ti-C"? cuz all the pics referring how the exhaust "should" sit are from the Greddy Ti-C. And i dont think the Ti-C has that big Greddy stamp and the bottom of the can. what im thinking is that the exhaust he has ISNT a Ti-C and possbily a Greddy axel back for a JDM Fit. probly why it doesnt flow with the USDM exhaust bumper outlet and possibly why its "melting" his rear bumper.

yeah that slipped my mind, the exhaust could just be a jdm model which is ment for the jdm bumper, but seen as the jdm bumper is shorter that means the exhaust would also look sunk on his bumper. so not 100% sure.
