Smile Yellow Fit: Quick photos with new coilovers & wheels

Hey guys,

I've just received new parts for my Fit/Jazz. I had to change from TEIN s.tech springs and huge 17" Buddy Club P1 SF to something different to remain street legal. Finally, after roughly five months of searching and waiting, I got KW coilovers mounted along with 16x7 BBS. In July, I also switched to genuine JDM taillights.

To me, the car looks pretty cool now. I really like the ride height, it is definitely possible to drive this way over here. Unfortunately, I do have to raise the car a little bit. Old parking garages aren't that nice for me but I'm forced to use them almost every day at work. Anyway, I wasn't able to put the coilovers to a real test, but they feel great. No comparison to springs, coilovers feel so much better and even quite comfortable.

Nonetheless, here are three very quick photos. Unfortunately, the weather over here has been quite bad with lots of rain. Hence, the car is a tad dirty.
Comments and criticism are appreciated.

and ever thought about some 98 spec itr wheel reps? I think the cw wheels would compliment the yellow very well

Yes, in the back it's as low as possible. In the front, there's still something left but as I wrote before, no way for parking garages.

I originally thought about ITR rims. I think they look great. Basically, there are two problems: Replica rims are not street legal over here (because they're not tested by authorities) and unfortunately, real JDM Integra rims do not fit. I guess, they're 4x114,5 or so whereas the Fit has 4x100.

LOVE IT!

So simple and clean. Looks like how a Fit sport should've come from the factory.

Good work!

Thanks man. I might be working on another set of rims. It depends on the budget and street legality. Because...I can't believe I'm done with the car. I've been dreaming about a cool car for three years. Basically, everything's pretty cool now.

I'm not sure if these coilovers are used in the states as well. There are a hand full of people in Germany that use them. I guess they're also registered here.

This is the factory sports kit in Europe. It's identical to the 1.5 VTEC JDM bumpers.
