Wouldn't be hard at all. Just take time and patience. I'd stay away from the black unless you're going over it with a glossifier to give it a satin finish rather than the plastidip matte finish since it looks textured to me otherwise.
If I get super bored over the summer I may two tone my CRZ black and white. lol

Yeah it's real easy to do.
Step 1-Take wheels off car
Step 2-Punched out center caps
Step 3-Wiped down wheels with microfiber cloth
Step 4-Taped around tire (I did my Element without tape. It works like this as well, peels right off the rubber. A lil bit of a pain later on, I prefered taping the tire.)
Step 5-Spray wheels.
Depending on how you spray will give you a different look. When I sprayed my SC i was close and layed it on thick. Came out with a more smooth finish. For the Fit I did a light spray and from further back. It came out with a more textured matte look. I honestly like the way the Fit looks better. SC wheels had high gloss on them from factory so I had to scuff them up a bit. My wife loves em and I don't mind driving it either now that it looks a lil less different than stock.

Oh and Index cards work wonders for masking off the tire on wheels. Much easier than tape

I posted an off-site link on plasti-dip diy guide (must be buried now as I posted it last year).
the most important thing about plasti-dip is the number of coats. if you only did a 2-3 layers... you'll be in for a finger blistering experience when you decide to peel it off. do 5 coats instead for an easy peel.

I've heard of people using index cards, I was toolazy to go buy some honestly. The dip didnt stay on my SC wheels well at all. So i sanded them down as best i could, primered them, then put on black gloss paint instead. I couldn't ever get them to turn out like the Fit. Plasti-dip is fun and easy though
