North Shore HOnda

I told you in the new york area forum, North Shore Honda, Glen Head, N.Y. (Long island) Exit 39 L.I.E. I-495

I didn't have to pay higher than MSRp, i'm not saying i got a deal.... only $50 bucks off MSRP, they probably made it all back in the warranty....

Anywayz, where are you looking?

Custom Bendable Adaptor

It is a plain jane Filter that i had lying around the garage from some other car i had in histories past, i can't even say.

And i used a flex pipe with rubber spacer and screw down type hole clamps!

So it's secure!

The stock air box holds it from moving too so that's a plus!

From the looks of the picture, it looks like he's still using the cold air feed that's from the stock box but just taken the top half of the airbox off.

Oh yeah, about the "fresh" air thing. It's a short ram like any other short ram, the density of the air (Cold or Warm) doesn't harm the engine, It just has to be filtered clean! The (cold or warm) factor is for oxygen enriched molecules!

More O2 = More fire power in the combustion chamber which = more HP!

warm engine bay air will be less than the most, but compared to stock filteration system, the open cone style allows higher flow! and flow and air density are two different factors, both equally important for HP gains!

So i got Flow for now till they make a Cold air intake for our Fit's, later i'll have Flow and Density! for the MAX HP gains!

that is, when you remove the restrictive cat and load in some after market header and catback exhaust for a complete package...then you'll get MAX HP gains!!
