Oh c'mon, that's certainly no worse than a Mini Cooper with racing stripes. I'm talking about the ORIGINAL Minis, from back in the sixties. Heck, every car had racing stripes back in the sixties, even Volkswagens. I actually think that looks kind of cool.

 

If the diffusers were color matched this would be cool...it's not like he is really "ricing" anything by copying truckers and installing those he is just trying to save gas...aesthetics aside I'm sure he a)collects less dust on the back hatch and b) gained a couple MPG.
