Out of curiosity, why do you want to know?

Well mostly just to decide on what size wheels I'm going to get. I want to remove some unsprung weight when I get some wheels and I just wanted to know how much of a difference I will be saving. I could go with some light weight 15" or if the difference is small I might just go with some 17" that are the same weight or lighter than the stock 16s.

I am wondering the same as TWG, for the same reason. Does anyone have any confirmation on the weight? I guess the best answer so far is 17,6 lbs.

Does anyone have a firm answer for this? I've searched other threads and came up empty. Unfortunately I can't lower my GE8 because there are so many bumps around here, but I'd really like to get a lighter 16" (or 17" if I can find one light enough - big enough to fill in the fender gap since I'm not lowering) in a darker color to contrast my MR.

I'm sure there's plenty of width vs. offset information around here, but if someone happened to know the right numbers for 16x7 and/or 17x7 with a stock suspension setup I wouldn't complain =D

The stock 16x6 wheels we weighed are about 17.5 pounds each. There was a variance from 17.3 to 17.6 pounds surprisingly.
If you want lighter wheels check the racingwheels at tirerack for wheels weighing 13 to 14 pounds with the best a 16x6.5 at 10.5 pounds (and $349. TR F1.)
