Sorry to hijack your thread but.....

^Same question as above and also which springs are stiffest? I was thinking about getting Skunk2's. How long will your shocks last with them? Are the T1R springs better? I don't wanna get Eibach's or Tanabe's because i think they will be too soft for me.

...BTW, I don't have my car yet but it's on the way. I just like to plan ahead.

I'm very happy with my Eibach Pros. The drop is less than the Sportlines, and is damn close to the claimed drop. I wouldn't want a stiffer spring than these without replacing the struts.

What does "better ones" mean, more drop?

Something like the Tanabe DF210 lower the car more than the GFs, and are stiffer. Stiffer springs won't work well with the stock struts whether they're new or not, since they're tuned for the stock springs and the damping isn't adjustable. If you want to go with super racy springs, you need to step up and get new performance struts. At some point it almost makes more sense to get coilovers since it wouldn't cost that much more.

i'm happy with my T1R's. rides great. front only has a finger gap but the rear is like almost 3. i'll be replacing the rear spring silencers with one's from the civic to get it to a 1 finger gap as well. is that low enough for you? if you want it dupmed, get the Gf 210's.
