Tanabe Sustec bars

Installed the front upper and lower Tanabe Sustec bars. Probably the biggest "bang for buck" improvement that I've done. Added about 20mph to my cornering speeds with COMPLETE CONFIDENCE!

I've been wondering how the Tanabe performs compared to others. And what the hell does sustec mean anyways, yeah that's a noob question if I've ever seen one. Also, I've seen a solid bar from DC (I think) on optionsauto.com, but Tanabe seems to make good products at a fantastic price.

Yes! i cant wait til mine come in. i purchased front and rear upper bars, underbrace or sway bar is soon to come! Off subject, but gthumb, whats ur overall opinion of your headers/downpipe? and issues (leaks cracks etc.)? DC looks like the way to go, just want to make sure it's money well spent...

DC is a good header, definately worth the money, just wish it was stainless. The downpipe's internal design creates unnecessary turbulence in the exhaust flow but I like it over a straight test pipe because it APPEARS as though it might have a high-flow cat.

I had the front on jack stands. I did the upper and lower at the same time.
