Pop noise in suspension

Ok guys, this is really starting to irritate me. I constantly pull apart my front to see where this noise is coming from. I've tightened and retightened time and time again, but I can't seem to figure it out. It seems to be coming from the front passenger side, and it makes this pop sound anytime I turn the wheel about a half a turn to the right or left, then it doesn't make the noise again until I go the other way.
I have t1r coilovers, and I've checked the endlinks, and all the bolts that I'm aware of. I was just wondering if anyone else has noticed this other than me. If I don't fix it soon I may go nuts just because it is such an annoyance....

probably has to do with the factory tophat and how it is
mated to the top spring hat for the T1R spring.

see if you can spray some lithium oil between the factory top
hat and the T1R spring hat. hope this helps.

if it doesn't i think the larger 19mm nut holding the tophat
to the strut is loose (the one that's under the tower, you'll
have to take the strut off the car and tighten it).

I'll try lubing the top hats. About it being loose though, I just think if it was loose it would make noise over bumps as well. I may be wrong though.

yah, it could... sounds like your hats or even the bearing is binding.
