thump

I just installed Progress Rear Sway Bar with stock springs and I too am hearing thump noise. I wonder if it's just because the springs have to settle. However, it's been a week now and I still hear it from time to time.

pokem- in your case the rear bar might be rubbing the spring. turn your
spring 1/4 cw or ccw and put them back together again.

wait4- some springs needs grease in the mounts to quiet them down.
try some lithium grease spray and put a dab on the top and bottom
of the spring.

it shouldn't make any noise though if they were designed/manufactured
correctly.

yea i put grease on them i found out today it wasnt my springs that were squeaking it was my sway bar! it was a lil loose so i tightened it up and it was good as new. t1r springs are a lil bouncy but they lower nice and are kinda stiff

mine made noise for about a week then they stopped making noise. I think it is just them settling in I guess.
