Springs for Comfort?

I've searched the threads but haven't been able to find an answer to this question, I'd appreciate your guys' help. I'd like to lower my GD Fit but keep the ride as comfortable as possible...like stock comfort. I'd prefer to go with springs because of cost but am willing to go with coilovers if necessary. Suggestions? I read that Swifts have minimal drop, anyone have these and can speak on their comfort? What about Tein S. Techs or Basic coilovers? I have Tein SS-P w/ EDFC in my CD5 Accord and enjoy them but don't know about just springs. Sorry for the long post!

Are they built for speed or comfort? -Wedding Crashers

I used eibach sportlines with a pretty serious drop, and really the comfort isn't reduced THAT much. I think a lot of people like the Tanabe's.

lol did you motorboat, did you do the motorboat?

I appreciate the response. I'm definitely going more for comfort because I occassionally have my 9 month old in the back and don't want to be bouncing her around. do you have any camber wear with the Eibachs? I want to run 16" 205/40/16 with +45 offset too without rubbing. Do you have an aftermarket wheel set up on yours too?

Typical springs talked about for comfort are Tanabe NF210s and TEIN S.Techs. If you have moolah for the coilover route the Endura-Techs are also a popular comfort option.

Some people have complained about the Tanabes being "wallowy" though.

Wallowy? meaning they produce too soft of a ride? How much do the Endura-techs run? What set up do you have? Thanks again for your help.

ETs will be a bit over 900, i dont have any experience with swifts but they sound like a good option. I think the wallow thing type100 mentioned is the feeling of the suspension movement... it's like unstable in a way. i experienced this in a member's car
