i think most people are using offsets more than +40mm or wider wheel
width of 7" or just running bulky summer high perf tires.

any of the above could lead to rubbing. i knew with +40mm my wheels
would be pretty much pushed out to the max on the front so used
195/50/15's and all season tires. if i was to run summers, i would
use +45mm.

Any links to dealers who stock the USDM Fit Swift Springs? I am looking to do a minimal drop with 17s and I'd like to go with Swift but only if its certan it drops the car 1.2"

I did a quick search since I'm also interested in Swift springs (eventually)-
http://www.evasivemotorsports.com/Me...&Store_Code=EM

and

Swift Sport Springs Honda Fit free shipping to 48 state - Suspension

I'm sure there are other retailers who carry these springs as well.

i just installed my swift's and like them so far. I got the ones for the USDM fit from Evasive Motorsports. I'll take pics in a few days not sure if these are going to settle at all.

i do not not like the stance cause it's definitely a drop, but i drop it more
like i mean it. not slammed, but a significant drop.

Thanks for sharing the pics.

I like the drop just fine. I don't want too much, I need to clear normal things without worrying about having to crab over them or rip something off the car. From what I've read, the Swifts are practical lowering springs; they improve the ride and handling of the car without compromising daily usability. That appeals to me.

yea i still scrape the front on stuf but not too bad. They are pretty practical, any lower would be really bad.
