When will you start on the Cf hood? It shouldnt take long right since it will be exact copy of OEM?

OEM hood will need to wait until I finish up this grill and the full rear carbon wing.

i think he fell off the face of the earth.

 

he is on vacation!!, prior to going on vacation he did come over my place and test fit the prototype grill. It being a prototype there was obviously some things to work on, since some more work needed to be done i had asked him for the middle piece of the grill to protrude and extend like the lines of the hood just so it looks more oem. He agreed to it since changes needed to be made. So... stay tuned!

 

He's probably still on vacation, but I was wondering what 'style' of wing he'd be doing the full carbon in?? Anyone know?

Damn you JDP I couldn't wait any longer and you promised a finalized design before you left for vacation! I took the dive and ordered the type-R red badges for my front grill and rear. So that means no badgeless front grill. On a more positive note, I believe I am going to put my JDP badgesless grill money into the front lip instead. Could you please PM me the price of the front lip (non carbon) shipped to TN, 37377. Can you also include a separate estimate for the rear diffuser? I won't be purchasing them together but may possibly purchase the diffuser at a later date. Thanks

 

Back from my vacation in Italy...

Sorry buddy...I was trying to get everything done before I left to finish off everything but had too little time. I'm getting a car to work with this Friday and should have a prototype done by the weekend.

Thanks for the response JDP. It's no big deal, I was just getting very tires of looking at my road rashed blacked out emblem. It was either your grill or Type-R badges and I decided to go with the badges. Also, my mother drove my car while I was in CA because her's was getting serviced and she scraped the bottom of the front bumper a couple of times going up and down my parents driveway.

This just gave me the excuse I needed to purchase your front lip to cover up the scratches and give me my fit some much needed agressive styling!

 

i seriously cant wait for the grille to come out! only problem is everything i had planned for my car will look like the projectfit on hondatuning magazine lol..this grille will set it apart

 

I will definitely be getting the grill and will order the radiator plate with it! I hope your vacation went well. I went to Italy about 6 years ago... best vacation to date. Can't wait to get my lisence plate cover once they're back in stock.

I'm working on it....sorry it's taking so long....trying to fulfill orders and build and the same time.

The first prototype that came off didn't fit well and need to do modifications to it.

I'll try to have it done this week.

Not sure if I was dealing with you through email or someone else, but I did order (and have paid through paypal) for the cover. I purchased the mirror cap and cover at the same time, and was told I would have the plate cover sent once it was back in stock. I am just waiting for it to be shipped.....

BTW, love the rear view mirror cap.
