Currently we will be replacing your Dome Light and Trunk Light as the Stage 1 Package. Stage 2 Packaging include the Dome Light, Trunk Light, and License Plate Light.

So...mine is an 08, and it takes different LEDS than the 01-07's?

 

I think they're the same LED's. just that the GE8 I believe has more lights than then GD3s?

I'd highly recommend the lights =)

The guys were just great and super friendly! They definitely make things easier to see inside and the license plate LEDs look super sweet!

 

I'm just confused...I guess the title should say 09+ GE's lol

 

Did i mess up the title? I thought the newer models come out during 08. Correct me please if i'm wrong and i'll have the title changed.

 

Newer body style came out in 09 (GE8). Should probably say GE8 Fit or 09+ Fit in the title

Just got my LEDs in, thanks for the quick shipping! Just an FYI for everyone with navigation, I should have realized this beforehand, but the LED lights will not fit where the map lights are, as in between the two map lights is a gray plastic piece with the microphone for the navigation system. I tried fitting the LED lights in the limited space available to the right and left of the microphone piece, and I can't get it to fit with the cover. If anyone else had had luck with it, please let me know, but I don't see how it will work with the Nav.

Sure thing, here's a couple photos showing where the microphone is in relation to the lights. In the original post, it looks like the LEDs were installed where the microphone and gray panel is now.

 

I totally understand what your saying, but as long as you didn't order the upgrade you should be able to fit the panels inside the area you have and connect the panel to the bulb itself with the 3m tape that attach to the back of the LED. I have the same setup on our company car. You should be able to fit it where the bulb is located at this moment. Let me know how it works out.

 

My bad, I actually do have the upgraded lights. Not a big deal though, one high powered led as my dome light pretty much lights up the whole car.

Taking posession of a new 11' Sport Navi tomorrow (July 13th). My 08' baby was totalled. So what LED lights will fit, exactly? Interior only, no license plate light. Unless there is a "FIT" LED third brake light available. A little confused... I will purchase your LED lights but I don't want to run into fitiment issues...
