I talk to chris about that & he said the coil overs are discontinued. Pretty bummed to hear that. But yeah a huge price break on those coil overs would have been tits. I def would have jumped on that. But hey you never know it could happen. Lets email the shit out of them hahaha.

 

put mine on today. sounds great. received it 3 days after I ordered and that was christmas week.

 

Yeah, I ordered mine on a Monday and it was out for delivery on the next Wednesday. I wasn't home to sign for it so I picked it up at FedEx on Thursday.

It cam with the resonator which I have in so it really isn't that bad. That may change when the intake goes on. but i was surprised with the sound very low.

 

Skunk2 makes a lot of quality things. I'm hoping its not to much of a fart can. How does it look on the stock bumper?

 

I'm really interested, the price is great. However most of the sound clips I found for this sounded a little buzzy for my tastes. When you say resonator, do you mean the silencer that you can put in the end of the muffler, or the resonator in the front pipe? How loud is it at highway speeds? Thanks for any feedback, I really want to jump on this but worried about it being a little too loud for me.

 

He probably means the silencer. I have heard one in person without a resonator in and it did get pretty raspy around 3,000 RPM. I have been sitting here debating the last couple of days on picking one up.

so i finally got the catback installed after weeks of lagging it. it sounds great, though the silencer doesnt seem to do much for me. regardless, the deep tone is really nice, i'm also running the t1r carbon fiber intake with this, and it wasnt as loud and obnoxious as i thought it'd be. same goes for how it looks on the stock fit bumper, didn't look like TOO much of a potato launcher. will have nice pics and stuff soon hopefully

 

Yes I meant the silencer. I drove it without at first and it was a little unbearable. with the silencer it was fine. at highway speed it is excellent you can hear it but it isn't droning at all. But when you get on the throttle you hear it like you would expect/want.

 

How loud is this? I just don't want it to be really obnoxious because Atlanta, Ga cops will rip me for it if its too loud. Also, do you accept paypal? Thanks!

Thanks for the info. I ordered one, I guess if it ends up being too loud for my taste maybe I can add a resonator or cut the muffler off and rig up a quieter one. Looking forward to trying it out!

 

It has a resonator already. I think if it's too loud popping in the silencer should help. I haven't tried putting in the silencer yet. I'm still enjoying the sound too much...

Today was the first time I drove it into my work's parking structure... Sounds amazing.

 

How do I get under my car to install this at my house? My fit is all stock at the moment.
