Yea... I also ordered on Black Fri and..... ..... I would really rather not go through dispute game... I'd much rather have the parts!

I mean, I'm not REALLY in a hurry, but if they could just throw me a tracking number I wouldn't be worried... Google Wallet keeps me in the loop, and no action since 11/23... so that's been around 5 business days... When it hits 7 I'll start asking for updates.

Its been a little more than 2 weeks since i order the hard mounts and still nothing... sucks that they don't have a number to call to see whats goin on.

I see their customer service was just as outstanding for you guys as it was for me. Emailed them a question months ago and never got a response. Thought maybe it was in my spam box but alas, nothing.

Clearly a pattern of behavior for them, so I'm not holding out for any resolution. I'll be filing a dispute later today.

sucks that you guys are having problems with them. I have never had any issues with them and I've ordered from them a few different times

things like this here is nothing new... starts so good for months and suddenly they decided to jump off a cliff and take you with them.
