12x1.50 but if you have stock wheels you need a ball seat lug and if you have aftermarket wheels you need acorn seat lugs.

No, lug nuts are cheap don't risk the safety for the price...

Suggestion-
Several discount Honda parts dealers on eBay Motors sell the Honda wheel locks, made by McGard in New York, for $28.00 plus shipping. These are sold with the assumption that you have Honda wheels, so the locking nuts have ball seats.

I got them at Autozone for $31.45 (w tax). The brand name is 'Dorman'. The pack says "12mm - 1.5 Acorn Style - Tapered Seat" They're not anything special, just cheap stuff from China. They fit well, but I noticed that the anodized blue finish gets scratched up just from tightening the nuts. I think we'd do just as well with some blue metalic spray paint on the original nuts. Still, they look really sharp.

Exclamation Correct lug nut type for HFP 16" wheels..

The tire guy used strait beveled (60 degree?) lug nuts on my new HFP wheels. I thought they needed the "Ball seat" type, the style that comes OEM with the sport wheels. I need someone THAT KNOWS FUR-SURE to line me out so I can kick butt on this guy.
If he used strait beveled nuts on my rims do you think they have stressed the wheel at all? Should I demand a new set of wheels ( I have driven on them for almost 600 miles now). Thanks for your imput,,,,,,

I'm pretty sure they are ball seat.. and not 60 degree bevel.. the chances are if they already used 60 degree nut on there, the ball seat is already ruined.. the HFP have inserts to make them ball seat.. you can check to see if there is a sleve type thing in the lug hole..

Lol you guys are killing me. I have a set of the HFP wheels but haven't put them on yet. From what I've read so far, the lug nuts that come on the Fit Sport alloy wheels are not interchangable with the HFP 16'' wheels. I.E., you can't use the lugs that came with the 15'' wheels. If that is correct, I'm assuming that I can get the correct "acorn" style lugs or locking lugs for the HFP 16'' wheels from the dealer. Or, will these locking lugs fit on this page? Honda Fit Alloy Wheels - Genuine 2007-2008 Honda Fit Alloy Wheels The first set is for alloy wheels and the second set is for the base model steel wheels. The dealer is open late tonight, maybe I'll swing by and see what they say.

Ok, so I went to the Honda dealer yesterday after work and spoke with an old co-worker in the parts department. I was told that he never heard of using different lug nuts for the 16" alloy HFP wheels. Keep in mind that I currently have the Fit Sport with the 15" alloys. I was told that they'll just use the same lugs for the new wheels and add locks if you want. He wasn't able to find anything regarding changing the lug nuts to a different style from the ones that are used for the 15" alloys.

I'm just sharing what I was told.....so don't anyone yell at me lol
