What would it take to make these rims FIT!

I just received a new tirerack catalog and fell in love with the TRMotorsports F1 rims. I'm disappointed since they are made specifically for a lotus elise.
What would it take to have them fit on a FIT? Bolt pattern is the same. Offset is a little lower.

I believe they are 17X7 with +38 offset. Wonder if a spacer would help, or maybe some creative body work.

Offset may not be the big issue. Possible that the center bore might not be correct for the Fit. I bought a set of rims once and the bolt pattern was fine, but the centerbore was too small.
