http://i203.photobucket.com/albums/a...d/DSCN0506.jpg http://i203.photobucket.com/albums/a...d/DSCN0514.jpg Don't look at the rear....LMAO...it was raining, and we were in a rush for time, so i just threw it on in the garage to check spacing, and it was cool...took it off and only ran the fronts off the ramps into the driveway... Heres where the rubbing issue comes in, i was using an 1/8" spacer up front to be carefull with my buddy's wheels...but i could of taken it out easily, and with a fender roll and cambering it in a bit, it would totally work...it doesn't rub on the inside of the well as i said...so its do-able... http://i203.photobucket.com/albums/a...d/DSCN0512.jpg http://i203.photobucket.com/albums/a...d/DSCN0508.jpg /\ The lighter line is the tread, so coming down on a hard bump at this state it would rub most definately...but doing the mention above steps would prevent most of it... |
Oh btw...scions look funny with our wheels on there...lmao...

Ehh, those wheels are crazy common here in FL. They are nice wheels.
If anything, Id do black. I know thats weird for me to say as Im into weird colors. No one buys the black ones though. Like this. http://is.rely.net/1-584-58456-l-ndt...RFgBHuOU1Q.jpg |

Yea, thats true. They have some nice wheels. 002, 003, 006, 501. I really like the 003's and 006's. Classy wheels.
Huhhm, 006's in 18's with the black and red lip. OoooOlala!! |
Just some other treats to tie us over. This VW has stretched tires and special H&R space adapters to add to his look.

Lol my wheels in your sig!, sorry i couldn't let you have more fun:D

Whitehybrid! That looks sick...I love that look with the wheel and tire combo bulging out the fenders....the car looks mean and menacing like a pitpull wearing a muzzle.
Yeah! |
holy crap batman that looks crazy cool
|
not bad :)

whitehybrid.
What is the wheel specs and tire specs you are running. I've been thinking of going 15x8 or 16x8 and want to push as wide as possible without too much fender work. Looks freakin good dude! |
I am at a stage now where I can envision what I want. That lowered stance and rims/tires just about flushed with the edge or just about to bulge. It is a nice mean aggressive pit-bulldog stance that screams silently even when the car is in park.
It seems as if suspension tuning for looks is an 'art' and the tedious calculations, trial and error to achieve a certain look will be worth it in the end. So I may just immediately roll my goddamn fenders, narrow down my choice of desired rims to 1/2 dozen and calculate offsets like crazy to accomodate my future selection of drop spring. I'm leaning towards H&R's and other progressive stiff springs. Just enough of a drop but hopefully it will accommodate my offset of rims. I got homework to do and alot of reading the numerous threads of my fellow pioneers and trailblazers. |
spec of the wheels?
|
what size wheels /tires and offset ? lol reading may own me here

PICS PAGE 2!!!!!1!!1!! OMG CAPSLOCK He did mention he was running a 1/8in spacer up front that wasnt needed. It can be pulled off easily with fender mods. Our fenders take no effort to roll and cant tell when theyre rolled. Unless you actually to outer fender rolling. |
its a 15x8 axis old skool with a +25 offset and stretched 195/50/15 yokahama avs es 100s
