Once and for all: Weight of Fit Sport wheels?

This has come up many times in many threads, but I haven't found a final answer. So far, I've heard 15 pounds, 17 pounds, even 22 pounds.

So...

Can somebody please tell me how much the OEM Fit Sport alloys weigh? And no guesses please. Hopefully somebody who has a wheel laying around can actually weigh it for us.

Thanks!

I sold my stock set of sport 15" rims, they weighed 19 lbs on my bathroom scale. My scale rounds off to the nearest pound. So its in the 18 lb range.

Weighed the 15" with the Dunlops today to be 34.4lbs on a digital scale. Tirerack says the tire weighs 18lbs. Subtracted, they should be around 16.4lbs. Hope Tirerack's data is accurate.

Thx for the replies. Jimmy is the first person I've heard who has actually weighed a bare wheel on a scale. So it looks like 18# is the best number so far. That assumes his bathroom scale is accurate. I'm a bit surprised they're that heavy. Maybe disappointed is a better word!

Anybody else want to weigh in with real data?

Thanks again everybody.

I expect them to be heavy, they are 10 spoke and pretty beefy. Also they are "stock" alloys, can't expect those to be the lightest in the world.

I do love them though, especially since they are Enkei's!
