Ok i decided i want the SF challenge wheels after all. Now its down to the color choice. For me its either White/red lip or Black/Red lip?
What do you guys think will look the best on my NHBP. The black rims are more traditional, alot more people have them. The White wheels look great by them selves but i dont know how they would flow on my car.
Opinions needed!!!

Depends what you want your Fit to look like. Black with red lip would be more subtle, while the white with red lip stands out more. I'd go for the white, but that's me (I went with white too haha).

 

originally i was looking at black with a red lip but im probably going to go bronze however my second choice would be a white wheel white on black looks so nice id go wit white just make sure you dont smash into any curbs lol

Ive been leaning towards white. It will look hot with a red lip. Plus i have a white valve cover so it would match.
I went out and stared at my car for 15 mins trying to imagine if black or white would look better lol.

white would stand out more but they get dirty quick. i'm not a fan of black wheels.....they look like steelies from far away.

I just bought the black ones a week ago... havent gotten them yet but im excited. I like white rims alot but im really diggin black on my vbp. But to each his own. Good luck with ur rim decision. It took me awhile to decide.

Tyler, white/red lip. As much as Im not a time attack style fan, it does look good.
The stock brake pads dont give off that much dust also. As long as the car is washed weekly youll be fine.

Also, get black lugs. Most people would say "Get red ones to match the lip." Steer clear of what others think youll do.
Get the Mugen lug kit. Theyre nice and not that much for quality lugs.

Do you guys think the red lip is good? They come in just plain white for cheaper. But money isnt a prob i can get either. I just theink the lip sets it apart form other white wheels. Plus its a good contrast i think?

i wouldn't worry about what other people have. if you deep down like the black with red lip better, get that!

i personally would go with black, and if i was going to do white, i'd just do plain white.

if you did the white with the red lip, it'd match your valve cover, and if you got some red H emlbems, it look even better.

but remember, getting it in black with the red lip would still accomplish this.

where are you getting the rims from?

 

Very good points! This decision is killing me lol. Im afraid to just buy one, cause, what if it looked like S**t?
I have a bud doing some P-shop right now though.

don't worry man, i drive myself crazy deciding on rims. i'm lucky i'm decided on color!

if you like it, than you don't have to worry abou it looking like crap. there are guys on this forum who have 18 inch chrome wheels or are doing the v.i.p. look...something that to ME is horrible looking and not fitting for a small subcompact honda. and yet there are plenty of folks who eat it up. if people like that are beyond reproach, then so are you.

its like the whole 'dont get konig heliums' thing. 'everyone has those!' they say. Who is everyone? a few people on this site i may never meet? wtf does that mean to me? all the fits in my area are stock, and driven by middle aged folks, getting rims is the last thing on their mind. somewhere out there, someone will have what you have, don't stress over it.

personally, i like the black with the red. but if you did the white, it would look cool too.

i wish my fockin brother didnt "accidentally" erased my photoshop program off my computer, if not i'd make a chop for you to ease things up. Maybe someone can do that fr you instead?

 

Yeah i had Snapfit hook me up with some Photoshop. He's awesome.
Well something came up and no rims for me for at least a month...Gives me time to make a good decision though. Thanks again to everybody for the great advice!

Yeah. i woud rock white with a red light.i mean black is just BLACK, and the only thing that would give it a little contrast would be the red.

wheels make the car...so if the wheel stands out, Then BAM your whole entire car stands out.

i hate the black on black look. no offense to anyone who has it.

but its just BLACK. nothing else.
