i have them in 195/50/15 and theyre great, got them about a week and a half ago. the tread is a little bit thicker then the 512s, but theyre still good.

i didnt look over here yesterday... but posted earlier that im not a fan
of these 912's. they grip decently in 40F+ weather, but there are
other tires offered by tirerack that grip much better.

forget these tires in the colder temps. they suck. also, they use
some sort of long lasting release lube on the tires from the mold.
it took me almost 500miles to break them in...

most tires i run only require maybe 30-50miles tops to get decent grip.
these were my first Falkens and will be my last.

Since when does tirerack offer Falkens? Ive never seen them listed. Its like they have some sort of grudge against that company.

Unless you just meant other brands offered from tirerack?

they don't. what i meant was i pretty much buy all my wheels/tires
from tirerack...except for the cheezo's that are on my FitS right now.

they were bought locally from a buddy's shop and since they happened
to have the 912's in-stock in the right size, i got them... just to try them
out.

I ran 512's on my Mx-6 years ago, right when they came out and I hated them! Eww, they looked like 185's (due to their stretched look)
And they only lasted 6months. Ive never had tires last 6months. IDK what happened? All I know is I wasnt happy.

I also get all my tires from tirerack. Great service, and fast.

Kumho Ecsta AST's. I buy the cheapest tires normally, for the money Kumhos are awesome.
My Eurosports have the discontinued Kumho 711's. Man does my car handle on those wheels.
