Possible fix for rubbing

Ground down part of the plastic inside both rear wheelwells. Not sure if you can see in the first pic, but it looked like I could see where it was probably contacting the tire over some bigger bumps. It was only happening infrequently, so I will see how it goes this week and report back.

Well grinding that spot down helped, but did not eliminate the problem. Sadly I think I am looking at returning the wheels, and getting something that I dont like as much. Such is life!

What size/offset did you have, and what now? I am probably going to end up with a 16x7 42mm offset, what I have now are 16x7 40mm

Just cut that tab off completely and use a zip tie. I'm running 17x7 +40 with 205/40R17's, no problems anymore.

17x7 +42mm paired up with 205/40R17, I think the tires had a lot to do with it. Although Illusive was previously running 16x7 +42 and also had rubbing issues.
