Where to get OEM Fit wheel?

I want to get an OEM Fit wheel as a full size spare that I can bring along for long trip. Where is the best place to get one? And how much should it be? I was going to go to the dealer but I figure I'd ask first.

I found one for sale on ebay (eBay Motors: 15 X 6 HONDA FIT 195 55 15 DUNLOP (1) TAKE OFF OE WHEEL (item 270237591939 end time May-21-08 17:16:00 PDT), but I'm afraid that it may be stolen, having read threads of stolen wheels I don't want to promote the problem by buying one from the crooks.

Probably gonna be dealer only item, unless you find someone on the forums that is selling them. Co worker of mine who has a Fit just told me today how last week he went to get in the car and one wheel had been stolen. I cant imagine why people would want to steal these wheels, they certainly are not anything special looking.

you can get them here.

Great company, a lot of folks on here use them for parts.

What about getting a steel wheel? (It's cheaper and for my purposes it doesn't really matter how it looks.) Could I just go to some tire shop and ask for one that fits? Anything specific I should be asking?

Sorry, I'm new to these things.

I just called my local dealer, they said $560 and I'll have to bring it over to service to get the rubber put on (for a fee of course). I think I'll pass on that.

I wouldn't woory about stolen wheels. A single wheel is often all that's left of a wrecked car. And junkyards are often the seller.
Did you check your local junkyards? We get a lot of stuff from them. And yes a steel wheel is best for spare and tghere are some good Honda wheels in junkyards, (make sure it isn't bent, tho). You want to find one with cleasrance over the caliopers and an offset 55 mm to match stock offset or match your aftermarket offset.
good luck.
