i was considering it for a short time but I don't know if you can even find any. your best bet would be Coker Tire probably.

i found one site that sells em...havent looked really hard yet. also found a nice video guide on how to make your own white wall tires. i believe that there are even shops that will make white wall tires for you(using grinders/sanders and the like). just curious as to what it would look like. cant really get a good idea of it in my head. it could look really cool...or really awful.

Do I have to be the only guy who thinks this idea is absurd for a fit.

I think its a horrible idea.

Old school looks good on old style cars (eg, pt cruiser, HHR/SSR) or just old cars. The fit is neither, but what ever do what you like.

When I first got my BOM Fit, I had the same idea. Even came up with a name for it...

Orange Crate

You have a point, I would totally roll with Dayton's and white wall rims on the fit if I had an MR and not a SSM Then I would chrome the hell out of it!! How sweet would that be!

Thanks to using search, I'm necro-posting in this thread.

Anyone ever find white walls that fit standard fit?
I'm rolling the full ROUTE 66 next year and will need new tires before then... want to get silly large width white wall tires (ala CARS) to run on.
Having trouble finding the right size

If you don't end up finding any full tires (I know it's not so easy anymore) you can just get the Mooneyes white wall toppers for your current tires, you can take them off after the event if you want.

Mooneyes Online Store - Specialty Equipment Manufacturer, Speed and Custom Parts for Motorcycles and Automobiles

Also posting because i'm interested where you'd still get these, so waiting for responses.

I was thinking of using a white pen for tires to fill in the make and model of the tire, kind of like this:

Of course right now I'm on steelies so I'd have to get real wheels/tires first lol. I did this to my motorcycle and it looked a bit more "race" (well, to me anyways). Just figured I'd toss out that idea to you

Mooneyes website has pictures of a yellow fit with whitewalls and different sets of "classic" rims. Looks are subjective. this should give you a pretty good idea of what it'll look like
