I'm going to get them gloss black with green lip (trim, just like my Konigs were red). I'm getting rid of the front/rear H's so it won't look weird :P I'm happier, but his Dunlop Qualifiers are SHIT and make my car vibrate a bit. What's the best damn 15" tire to get? 195/50 I'm thinking? Falkens?

 

195/50's are good. Brands are up to you. Everyone will think differently on whats best.
I prefer cheaper tires. They all wear so just go cheap. Normally the expensive tires wear faster.

The tires that are on it probably have flat spots and are out of balance.

Paint your calipers black, and just get 195/50 Kumhos.

 

Yeah I'll have them paint the calipers when they powdercoat my wheels, whenever that'll be lol. I get my re-enlistment bonus in late Feb so hopefully around then. I'll get new tires after deployment since these will need replacing after sitting in the same spot for so long.

 

Also do you think it'll look better without the center caps? I wonder how much the caps weigh lol maybe I can save a pound if I remove all 4 ;D

If you want to spend $400+ on tires go for it. My 14in tires were $400. To me, they do the same thing my $200 Kumhos did. Ride on the road and are black.
Only reason I bought the Toyos was the tire size.

Tires are tires. IMO, $250 and under. You planning on doing crazy driving in the rain or autoX runs?
Id rock the Enkeis with no center caps. Paint the axle nuts and dust caps black though, with the calipers.

 

yea I was definitely thinking of painting the axlenuts lol I'll rock these ass-tires to NJ and when I'm back from sea I'll get Kumhos. I plan to powdercoat these and get coilovers before I leave in March. New pics:

I'm getting a CF hood, door jambs might stay black, not sure. That's why I'm glad I got a black Fit lol
