Wheel Cleaners

What's the best wheel cleaner that will get all the gunk off of my wheels? My CRX had a CV boot leak and got grease all over it. Now it's caked on there. Besides that, I can't get the aluminum part of the wheel to clean up to where it's shiney. It does have a clear coat on it but I still can't get anything off of these wheels. Lots of washing and scrubbing by hand but I gave up and just sprayed it.

Now I want to put these wheels on my Fit so I want to clean them up really nice. I need something that will knock off this gunk easily. I guess I'll have to spend a good amount of time to get these wheels cleaned up to look like new.
