Need help deciding on wheels size/offset, rubbing issues and fender rolling

I found two great deals on on these mesh wheels, one set size is 15x7 with +25 offset, the other is 15x7 with +10 offset, normally I like low offset wheels, but I want the wheels to be flush with my fenders and not poking out or have rubbing issues. I really don't want to pull or roll my fenders. But if I do plan on rolling or pulling them, I plan to just do it very little. I'm aiming towards the one with +10 offset but afraid of sticking out too much. Anyone have any advice.

You will need to do fender work with both wheels. My 15x7 +32 where flush with the fenders. This was on a GD (07-08) I have no idea how wheels will fit on the GE's (09+)

You'll rub with either of those on a GE. Most people are sticking to +45 with a larger tire or +40 with smaller. My +45s are flush in the front. I could use a spacer to bring the back out but don't feel like messing with it. Probably 10mm would make the rear flush.
