I vote for 16 inches of TE37V.

I will also have the option to lower the car up to 4" soon (6-8 weeks wait time from Japan)
it's on 17 xd9 atm... should I stick with 17 or go 16?

I say stick with 17's if you are doing the vip thing. And get the MS1R.

gunning for a sporty-vip look hence the selection of 16 or 17. The vip part would still be down the road... I'm trying to take things slow before chopping the car.

16" is your best friend when it comes to 16" or 17". And TE37 for the weight reduction.

I would get which ever set that weighs the least. If there is a wheel not on your list I would get a set of them.

I'm basing this on what mods I've seen on your car, and where I think you'll be going from what you've been posting. Having said that I think that the MS1 R would go better with your sporty VIP theme.

Just posted the above pic as a reference, but in that color I think the rims would complete your look.

I'm sure you know the pros/cons of 16 vs 17. Since you'll be able to drop up to 4" you could do the 16's.

Between those wheels I'd probably be leaning toward the TE37's, especially for the weight savings, although they are a more popular rim.

my 2 cents.

It does suck the Meisters don't come in 16s... would have been great to request a custom offset.

One vote for the MS1R.

I'm really bored of TE37s because they're so played out. That's just me though

More often than not, the TE37 looks great on all different color Fits, with different color schemes. Mainly because it's a "boring" rim. The classier and more interesting MS1R only looks good in silver to me.
