What should I offer for these wheels?

I've been looking for basic 15x6 wheels to just transfer my base Fit's stock tires to, and saw somebody offering these 99-2000 Civic wheels with lugnut locks on Craigslist. One of the wheels has some curb rash, but the rest are fine. He's asking $250 which I think is a somewhat high. Any thoughts (other than 'why are you thinking of getting ugly old wheels')?

try bring it down to $200? idk much about rims but $250 is a bit pricey. i guess it depends on how bad you want them.

My mistake--looks like it was for 02-05 civics, not 99-00.

I think I'd pay $200 for them, but will I be a chump for doing so? Seems like they'd look better than black steelies with chrome H center caps (which is what I'm going to do if I don't get new wheels).

$200 isn't bad with lugs and tires.

I'd jump on that in a second for myself, i've been looking for some OEMs.

seems pretty cheap to me, but that could be a regional thing. if you think about it you are going to pay 50-60 each for steelies from tirerack or other retailers, and probably over $100 each from OEM replacement retailers. plus another $50 for a locking lug set.
