Quick Question. 16x8 vs 16x9

Okay, so i am looking at the same wheel, but they have them in 16x8 and 16x9. Both +25 offset.

Question is: Will the 16x9 stick out an inch more compared to the 16x8 even though they have the same offset?

with a few minutes on google I figured out the 16x9 will stick out about .5 inches more then the 16x8 with the same offset. It really is amazing what can be found with google.
