Post MEATY Content: 225/50/r15 tires on 7 wide wheels

If anyone considered going with a meaty setup ... this is what it looks like:





Rub may occur for those who:
-have stock fenders
-have soft spring rates
-are lowered
-run little camber



(note, the tires came with the wheels. I personally would have chosen 205/50s)

What is the offset on the wheels?

Would 205/50/R15 prevent rub?

Can't tell if you are lowered or not. What make/model of wheels? Looks good.

Also, can you describe how it drives compared with the standard R16 wheels?

more than likely, yes.* I ended up going with 195s and it no longer rubs

Lowered = Yes

Wheel specs = listed above

R16 wheels = no clue, my oem LX wheels were 15s.* I can say, these are LIGHT wheels and makes the car feel faster at take off

Kinda looks like a dragster. Burnout anyone?

I picked up these wheels locally off of a miata guy. he was most def into that kinda thing
