Thats a good reason to post in the Jax forums. I wish I had waited on buying a S2K, but there were none used locally that was in good condition . I guess I jumped the gun when a Fit was rolling off the truck that day lol.

 

I'm usually in gainesville during the week, but on the weekends i head out to sonic on the south side. In fact, i was out there last night with the RSjaX krew. I've never seen another Fit show up, albeit from OP or Jax. So come out and chill with us sometime!
btw, the name is Adam.

 

I leave in Two weeks overseas and i wont be back until january so i got to spend some time with my family. LOL i've been to sonic a couple of times in the S2k and the SRT-4. Now that i got my wife the Fit i got to get it to look sick. Right now its rolling on stock steelies. i'll be getting a lip kit for it and giving it a drop and still dont know what the rollers will be. So i think the Fit won't see any action till next year but i see a couple of us can actually make a meet happen here or around JAX.

 

I guess we could make a meet like this coming Friday or any other day that accomodates all, if everybody is up for it. We can go have dinner and that way we all get to meet each other. I'm Roland by the way. If you guys are intrested I can make a Thread/rollcall and see who attends. Let me know guys.

 

That's cool. I'm probably not gonna head up to jax for a while. I've got to save up $800 for wheels and tires. I will be glad to participate in a meet!

That would be great to have a meet. I just need to call in sick that day . I hope Adam aka Trancedsailor and User Name can go as well if it does happend. The name is Walter, nice to meet everyone . The only thing I have done so far is in my sig. I would of had a bit more stuff done to my Fit, but I might save up enough money to visit Japan next year instead.

Damn I missed a lot in the past day on the forums lol. I can't do anything Friday (duty on ship) but Saturday is completely possible. Where's this Sonic on Southside and how often does the RSX crew meet there? Hey Adam my name's Adam too lol. I feel ya on saving up, I'm putting away 200 every 2 weeks till I have $1000 for coilovers lol right now I'm at 400 ;/

 

haha, nice to meet you Adam! The RSX krew usually gets together quarterly. It takes alot to get their silly asses coordinated. I'm not familiar with jax so all i know about a location is south near Beach. there's also an Arby's there too. And there is an onramp to 9a like right down the street. Hope this helps

ya I think I could find that Sonic. There's a show on Oct 4 go to siblingrivalryshow.com it's Toyota but we could still go in a bunch of Fits lol

im going up here in Savannah, GA. I want to go down to Gainesville but im either busy or broke so ive never made it down there. So is anyone else up for sunday.

 

Gainesville is getting super tight with autox events. They shut down the road course portion right after i ran my Porsche 944 (jun 9, 2007). Now it's only for rent by clubs and such. BUT, i've heard through the grape vine that they plan on holding an open event (they'll even time runs ) in october some time. Supposedly it's $150 a car, and they have a roster for 30 cars only.

 

Holy smokes 150 a pop thats enough to buy somehting for my car lol i just pay 30 up here in Savannah.
