Do the retro! It will look better than these projector headlights. I got my FX projectors sitting on my desk as I type and I threw in the HIDs on the Fit already to see how it looked. Once I get some time, retro all the way!

I can't seem to picture myself or anyone else retrofitting with projectors the reflectors are so big =o

but wonder how these work, USDM fits have 1 light for highs and lows, what are the function of both those projectors... i really just want the look and i almost think of doing a JDM conversion of the front and back, but meh, i rather have everything stock.

Yeah, I'm just gonna go through with the retro. My MDX shrouds are on their way.

You don't have to picture it for yourself; it's already been done by Rcantu...

Ok as you can see I don't do much posting but I would like to write in to say im interested in the black one's I did not like the look of the chrome not because it's chrome but because the projector was inboard not outboard like the blacks ones maybe that is just a pic to show the looks and not the final product also price is important and the main reason for me is because I want to do a HID retro and since the housing is already made to hold a projector it makes the retro easy compared to trying to mount it inside our reflectors I already have my Audi projectors waiting to be slapped into this kind of housing

one question i have about the ones i'm trying to get, is if they are HID projectors, or bulb projectors, hope they are the real thing, now that i think about it, those JDM ones look like they are HID, but for the price, it seems too cheap.

Hope my dreams aren't completely mashed up =[

I want to cry, the guy said they werent rushing the Honda Fit headlight units, he was sales, so he wasn't able to say if they were HID or other kind of Projectors.

And he would refuse to forward me to someone else for investment, or what ever.

It was an awkward 30 minutes on the phone, most times when propose a large order, most people would be happy to help. Even dell would love to help when asked for 30~80 systems for testing reasons.

I asked who we talk to, and if we could be transfered to talk about getting the Honda Fit headlamps released properly early if we paid up front.

Anyways, base line:

They are finishing prototypes at the end of Fall of this year... And they wont be released into production till christmas time...

Someone please close this topic..

;-;

Bump!

Well winter is coming soon! I thought I might breath a little life into this thread.

CuTeBoi, any chance you can restart talks with Depo to see how development on these headlights is going? I know a lot of people have been looking forward to X-mas this year! Would make a very pleasent stocking stuffer!

I guess I could try again. I'll need a bump in October though, it's too early to go bugging them, and Jeez a good 20~30 orders at 500$ a set, jeez that's a lot of money for them, if they could properly test them out on a few Honda Fits that would be awesome.
