any idea if these exist? sorta like honda civic oem headlamp

no. there are no aftermarket headlights made for the USDM fit YET! I'm sure it'll take some time but i bet they will be available soon. The only ones u can get are OEM ones from honda that are painted.

could always pull the lights apart and get them chromed at your local chromer...
