That price for just a muffler is a little ridiculous, especially for a group buy.
I purchased a new Magnaflow titanium catback(made by JIC) for my STI for only $700.

 

For a J's w/ shipping incld. that's actually a very competitive price. J's stuff is not cheap, not even close. I paid just over $1600 for my J's cat back when all was said and done, and that's fairly typical.

 

yes, but the STI/WRX setup has a straight 1 piece or almost 1 piece b-pipe that doesn't require much bends. I had a Kakimoto for a sti/wrx before and it broke roughly 1k.

Magnaflow doesn't have shipping charges from overseas/customs charges and is made in the US...the JDM's are MIT or MIJ..=)
