So can anyone confirm on my question posted on page 8? I was wondering if the rubber stoppers should be pointed to the front (towards the grille). And if possible, some pictures?

I will have the hood on when I have time.. and when I ask a friend to help me adjust the hood latch teeth thing.

Any news?

Should I expect to get the notice that you've got my hood made soon?

Sorry for the delay....there were some customers that received hoods damaged during the shipping process.

I'm just about done resending replacement hoods.

Next week for sure your hood will be shipped....sorry...I will pm you the request for the remaining balance.

Nah, no worries, I didn't mean to imply any frustration or distrust, I was just wondering how it was going.

It's all good.

I think its time you found a new shipping company lol. You had this thing wrapped in 5 inches of foam and somehow these guys managed to wreck this thing again >_< (both driver and passenger corners are broken this time) Ive had multiple CF hoods that were shipped by FedEx freight or Old Dominion freight lines before with less packaging and padding and never once were any of them like this

On the bright side, i have a set of Work XD-9s and CR-KAIs sitting in my living room...decisions decisions

Question

Damn, I wanna see pics and wonder if there's going to be any dry CF hood done I plan on adding some matte gray Konig Forwards and this hood would compliment them greatly!

Also, any plans of a little scoop to work with the factory ducting to channel air into the airbox area? I have the K&N typhoon and always thought a little scoop there would not only look good but get a bit more air to the intake. I know this isn't going to break any hp numbers, but hey, every little bit helps, right
